How to prepare Margarine

Margarine is an imitation butter which is often plant source, where as butter is from animal.just like butter , margarine ,is used for spreading, baking, cooking. Also just butter , margarine is a water-in-fat emulsion.

Recipe for the production of margarine

Ingredients:

1.vegitable oil. -5litres
2.cheese. -5kg
3.salt. -5tablespoon
4.Flavour. -5tablespoon
5.stabilizer. -3tablespoon

Method:
Heat the vegitable oil in a pot already placed on a lighted stove . Add the cheese and continue to stir until the cheese dissolves entirely. Add the salt and stabilizer , stir vigorously this time .Bring down the pot from the stove and allow to cool a little , then add the fravour .pour into containers and allow to solidify. Package for sale.
